Tickets for the Nedbank Cup final later this month have sold out completely, just a few days after they went on sale.
The game, which will take place at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on May 25, will see Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United lock horns for the third time this season, with Matsatsantsa yet to beat Stuart Baxter’s men.
It was revealed yesterday that tickets for the final had been selling faster than the PSL had anticipated and that after just 48 hours of being on sale there were only 5 000 left.
Now, with under 10 days until the game takes place, it seems that the full allocated 50 000 tickets have been completely sold out and that the match will take place in front of a bumper crowd.
Chiefs go into the game on the back of having just claimed the PSL title, while SuperSport will be eager to keep hold of the Nedbank Cup trophy after winning it last season.
