Cape Town - World No 4 golfer, Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy, breathes through his mouth when he sleeps which is, of course, great for golf articles, but probably terrible if you're girlfriend Caroline Wozniacki.

Tennis' former world No 1, Denmark's Wozniacki tweeted the photo on Monday suggesting that McIlroy was suffering from a bit of jet lag, according to the CBS Sports website.

McIlroy failed to finish in the Top 30 of the FedEx Cup standings after the BMW Championship and will thus miss the finale at the Tour Championship starting on Thursday.

Wozniacki has endured a forgettable season on the WTA Tour in 2013, and currently finds herself ranked eighth in the world.
