The Buccaneers confirmed the transfer of the 18-year-old striker to join Thierry Henry's side on a four-year deal.
The Soweto-born player departs the Buccaneers after making 11 first-team appearances in all competitions, all of which came in the 2017/18 campaign.
In an interview with the Sea Robbers' PiratesTV, Foster detailed his rise through the ranks of the academy before becoming the youngest goalscorer in the club's history.
Foster will be mentored by Henry, who was one of the best strikers to grace the Premier League and can look forward to training alongside World Cup winner Cesc Fabregas, who recently joined from Chelsea.
