Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs striker Katlego ‘Killer’ Mphela will remain with the Naturena club, according to his agent, Glyn Binkin.

Since joining Amakhosi last year, the former Mamelodi Sundowns forward has been struggling to make Stuart Baxter’s starting XI due to several injuries along the way.

With that being the case, several reports surfacing suggest that the 30-year-olds departure from Naturena is imminent.

However, Binkin confirms that ‘Killer’ will remain with the club.

"Mphela still has one more year left on his contract,” said Binkin as quoted by KickOff.

“As far as I am concerned he is staying with Chiefs next season.”
