Mashaba: We like to rotate captains

Cape Town - Shakes Mashaba remains adamant that Bafana Bafana will stick to rotating the captain’s armband.

According to KickOff, Mashaba reveals that the entire squad are captains and that SAFA will continue to build leaders.

“We don't have a captain; up to now we have all been captains,” said Mashaba.

“We captained ourselves towards Equatorial Guinea and when we get there we will look at who has the edge amongst all of us, then we will name the captain. 

“We have never liked the issue of a permanent captain. We like it to rotate because that's another point that the SAFA Technical Development Plan is trying to address, to build up leaders.”
