Cape Town - The victorious All Blacks squad performed their famed - and feared - haka after successfully defending their Rugby World Cup Sevens title in San Francisco on Sunday.

The All Blacks thrashed England 33-12 in the final, after England had beaten South Africa 29-7 in the semi-finals.

The win was the All Blacks' third in the seventh edition of the tournament.

Making the weekend even more memorable for New Zealand was the victory - and once again a successful defence of the title - by their women's side, who scored a staggering 157 points while only conceding 21 in their march to the trophy.

The win was the New Zealand's women's side's second in the third staging since a women's tournament was added in Dubai in 2009.
