Sydney - Opener Aaron Finch hit his way out of a scoring rut to reach a half-century for Australia in the Cricket World Cup semi-final against India at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Thursday.
The diminutive opener, who opened the tournament with a man-of-the-match 135 against England in Melbourne, was in a slump with his previous five knocks below 50.
But Finch got going after a scratchy start to bring up his half-century off 82 balls with five fours.
