Speaking to Kaizer Chiefs’ website, Masha talks highly about the new blood in coach Shakes Mashaba's squad.
"There are a couple of youngsters in the team and they are full of energy,” the defender said.
“We don't have enough time to gel as a team. In these situations you do not have time to do a whole lot of things, so we just mingle during food time and at training."
The 30-year-old admits that he senses a deep hunger within the Bafana Bafana players, who are preparing for their back-to-back AFCON qualifying clashes against Congo.
“The mood is good in the camp. Every player in the team has been showing hunger and a drive and that is a good sign ahead of the game.”
“I am looking forward the games, but firstly I have to work hard here at training and adapt to the structure of the Bafana Bafana squad,” the player concluded.
Bafana will depart on Thursday afternoon for Point-Noire, the Republic of Congo's second largest city after its capital Brazzaville. The match will be played at the Stade Municipal.
They return to South Africa on Sunday, ahead of next week's return fixture against the Red Devils in Polokwane.
