Salah Speaks Out After Heated Clash With Klopp

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah had a surprising response when asked about his heated argument with manager Jurgen Klopp on Saturday.

The Egyptian started on the bench as the Reds took on West Ham United at the Olympic Stadium.

Salah was eventually introduced in the 79th minute with the game level at 2-2, but cameras spotted the Egyptian in an argument with Klopp.

The Egyptian forward to be ushered away by teammate Darwin Nunez before entering the field of the play.

When asked by the journalist if he wanted to speak after the game, Salah replied, “If I speak today there will be fire”, seemingly refusing to put the matter to bed.

The draw was another blow in the Reds' title charge as they could be six points behind Arsenal by the end of the weekend.

Klopp, however, did not want get into what the argument was about.

“We spoke about that moment in the dressing room with the lads, it’s done,” Klopp said after the game, as per Goal.

“Does Mo Salah also consider matter closed and resolves? Yes, that’s my feeling”.
