FULL TIME: Chelsea manage to hang on for a narrow win but it is a deserved won for Frank Lampard's side. Chelsea 2-1 Spurs.
There will be four minutes of added time. Can Chelsea hold on?
GOAL! Rudiger own goal! Spurs pull one back late on. They couldn't, could they?
Things are starting to fizzle out for Spurs. There's no way through the Chelsea defence at the moment.
CROSSBAR! Alonso whips the ball over the wall and Lloris is stranded.
The Frenchman can do nothing but watch the ball clatter into the crossbar.
Booking: Lo Celso clatters into Mount right on the edge of the penalty area and is booked for the challenge.
Substitution: Double change for Spurs. Bergwijn and Alderweireld are replaced by Aurier and Alli.
Substitution: A second change from Chelsea as Barkley is replaced by Willian.
The Spurs players look at Michael Oliver as Winks goes down in the penalty area but the referee, and VAR, let play continue.
Substitution: Giroud gets a standing ovation as he leaves the field to be replaced by Abraham.
Moura goes on an excellent run but his cut back is easily cleared by Christensen. No way through for Spurs, at the moment
Over! Lamela takes it but the ball hits the top of the wall and flies over the crossbar.
Booking: Moura looks to dart through the Chelsea defence and he's brought down by a poor challenge from Christensen, who is cautioned.
Substitution: A change for Spurs as Lamela replaces Ndombele.
Davies plays a first time volley into the Chelsea penalty area, but he only has Bergwijn in support and the ball bounces safely to Caballero.
Lo Celso goes over the top of the ball and catches Azpilicueta on the shin with his studs. VAR checks for a red but nothing is given.
GOAL! Alonso doubles the lead. Giroud's excellent flick on finds Mount, who cuts inside before squaring the ball to Barkley.
He then plays the ball on for Alonso, who drills the ball powerfully past Lloris and into the bottom corner from 20 yards!
Wide! James jinks past a couple of challenges before trying to catch out Lloris with an early shot. However, the wing back pulls his effort wide of the far post.
HALF TIME: Chelsea have a deserved lead after their dominant first half performance.
SECOND HALF: We're back underway!
There will be one minute of added time.
Alonso plays a hopeful ball forward in search of Giroud. Alderweireld gets there first but it's unconvincing from the Belgian, who slices his clearance out of play.
Wide! Barkley shifts the ball past Sanchez and fires the ball wide of Lloris' near post.
Chance! An extraordinary moment as Tanganga gets a touch to a long pass forward and the ball runs past Caballero, who was coming off his line in an attempt to collect the ball before it rolls out.
Block! Some slick passing, including a beautiful flick from Bergwijn, releases Moura, who gets a left-footed shot away. However, Azpilicueta slides in to make a crucial last-ditch block to deny the Brazilian.
It's all a bit frantic from Spurs.
Bergwijn plays an early ball forward in search of Moura, but there's too much on the pass as Caballero comes off his line to collect.
Mount loses out to Lo Celso but there's quickly a lot of blue shirts around the Spurs midfielder. Eventually Kovacic trips Lo Celso to hand Spurs a free-kick midway into the Chelsea half.
Chance! The ball drops to Alonso on the edge of the penalty area, and on his weaker right foot, he volleys the ball inches over the crossbar.
Booking: Jorginho gets the better of Winks, who hauls the midfielder down to pick up the first caution of the match.
So, as things stand, fourth-placed Chelsea would open up a four point gap to fifth-placed Tottenham in the race to finish in the top four!
GOAL! Jorginho's pass initially releases Giroud but the Frenchman's shot is well blocked by Lloris. The rebound falls to Barkley but his effort strikes the upright before falling at the feet of Giroud again and he makes no mistake this time!
Chance! Barkley has a chance to get a shot away from 25 yards and he obliges, catching the ball well. However, his radar is off as the ball flashes across the face of goal!
Save! A smart stop at the other end as Lloris keeps out Mount's goalbound effort at his near post.
Save! Chelsea gift possession to the visitors as after some neat exchanges between Bergwijn and Moura, the Brazilian unleashes a powerful drive from the edge of the penalty area. Caballero does brilliantly to get down low to his right and push it away.
Bergwijn's challenged by Azpilicueta and the Dutchman wins a corner for his side but it comes to nothing.
A bright start for Chelsea, who have started on the front foot.
They are fizzing the ball around the pitch with confidence, which will please Frank Lampard.
