FULL TIME: A fair result, both sides pushed until the end but they share the spoils. Arsenal 1-1 Sheffield United.
Booking: Xhaka goes into the book after stopping a Sheffield United attack.
Chance! And it drops to McBurnie! Eight yards out, he swings his left boot at the ball but Arsenal flings bodies in front of it to make a crucial block.
The Sheffield United supporters are making their presence felt now. They are sensing their side can go on to get a winner!
GOAL! Fleck equalises for Sheffield United! Robinson's cross is flicked on by Sharp and the ball falls to Fleck.
He drills the ball into the turf and it skips away and over Leno to nestle into the top corner.
Free header! McBurnie rises highest but his header is straight at Leno, who makes a comfortable save.
Norwood spots Sharp at the far post but Mustafi spots the danger and gets a foot to the ball ahead of the striker.
Chance! It falls to Nketiah but the forward fires the ball high over the crossbar from a tight angle.
Substitution: Eddie Nketiah is on for Alexandre Lacazette.
Free-kick! Torreira charges onto the loose ball on the edge of the Sheffield United penalty area. He shifts the ball past O' Connell, who cannot get out of the way, before going to ground.
Substitution: A second change for the visitors as Robinson replaces Lundstrum.
Pepe goes short in search of the head of Lacazette, but the whistle sounds as the Frenchman is adjudged to have fouled McBurnie at the near post.
Ironic cheers from the home fans as Lundstrum strikes the ball high over Leno's crossbar.
The Arsenal fans are not happy but I'm not sure what about. Lacazette barges Egan out of the way and the referee rightly awards the visitors a free-kick.
More good work from Pepe, who gets past his man to get to the byline. He pulls the ball back in search of Lacazette but Basham heads clear for the hosts.
A glorious opportunity for the visitors. Leno's beaten by McBurnie's header but the ball hits Xhaka, who is in the right place at the right time, to clear the ball off the line.
Substitution: A change for the visitors as Mousset is replaced by Sharp.
Chance! O'Connell's low cross into the six yard box is gathered by Leno after Mousset could not get on the end of it. The goalkeeper had to show good handling there as Baldock was waiting to pounce.
Book: Baldock's not going to get away with that one. He cynically brings down Saka as the full-back looks to get to the byline.
HALF TIME: Arsenal are ahead at the break thanks to Martinelli's late opener.
SECOND HALF! We're back underway for the second period.
GOAL! Ozil picks out Lacazette, who in turn plays the ball to Saka. The youngster's cross is deflected perfectly into the path of Martinelli, who knows where the back of the net is. He has a simple finish to give the hosts the lead.
There will be two minutes of added time.
Sheffield United have been excellent so far at the Emirates, but they don't have anything to show for it as of yet. And that will be the only disappointment for Wilder as the half time approaches.
Pepe latches onto Maitland-Niles' through ball at the byline and he manages to digs out a cross. However, he doesn't wrap his boot around the ball enough and it floats out for a goal kick to Sheffield United
More groans from the home fans as Saka misplaces the easiest of passes to Ozil after the Gunners got themselves out of a tight spot at the back.
Arsenal are back to their full compliment as Torreira returns to the action.
Torreira is down after taking a ball flush in the face from point-blank range. He's quickly back to his feet and should be okay to continue, but Arsenal are rightly taking their time getting the Uruguayan patched up.
Torreira is urged to shoot by the home fans and he obliges. However, he doesn't quite catch the ball and in the end, Henderson makes a comfortable save.
Chance! O'Connell's cross is deflected towards the near post but Luiz spots the danger, getting to the ball ahead of McBurnie to make a crucial intervention.
Corner for the Gunners. Pepe whips the ball into the Sheffield United penalty area but Basham rises above Luiz to head the ball away.
Chance! Great run from Pepe, who's direct running is causing Sheffield United problems. He eventually slides the ball through for Martinelli, who slices his shot wide of the near post.
Mousset thinks he's going to have a shooting opportunity but Mike Dean's whistle sounds to hand Arsenal a free-kick insiode their own penalty area for a foul on Luiz moments earlier.
There's no doubt Wilder will be the happier of the two after the first quarter of an hour.
Chance! Lacazette plays a beautiful pass inside Stevens and suddenly Pepe is away. He spots Martinelli at the far post but the Brazilian youngster can only volley the ball back across goal, and wide of the far post.
Another chance for Mousset, who reacts quickest to O'Connell's knock down. But once again - this time from close range - the forward cannot hit the target.
Chance! Maitland-Niles gifts possession to Stevens, who brings the ball forward before picking out Mousset in the penalty area. However, the forward cannot direct his header on target as Leno watches the ball sail over the crossbar.
Booking: Lacazette gets to the ball ahead of Norwood on halfway, and the Sheffield United captain catches the Frenchman late, picking up a booking in the process.
Battling stuff from Arsenal's captain for the day Lacazette. He wins the ball inside his own half before hoisting it forward in search of Pepe. It forces Stevens into action and the defender takes a no nonsense approach, nodding the ball out of play.
