We are in the final minute of the game and the Sharks look like they will close this game out. They are in a great position. They have a lineout and hold on to the ball.
Brilliant defence from the Sharks as Mapimpi takes the Lions player with the ball into touch. That was a good tackle. The Lions are 10 points behind.
PENALTY, SHARKS, BOSCH! 27-17: Bosch makes no mistake with the difficult kick and it is long and accurate. Bosch restores the 10 point lead.
PENALTY, LIONS, JANTJIES! 24-17: Jantjies makes no mistake with the penalty goal and the Sharks lead by 7 points.
The TMO will check this try, the Lions think they have scored just under the uprights. NO TRY! The TMO says it is no try but the Lions get a penalty and Jantjies will kick this.
The Lions are attacking but they are a few points away. We are in the final 10 minutes. The Lions have worked the ball through a few phases. They are 5m out.
Mapoe catches the loose ball and runs through but loses control of the ball near the try line. The Sharks are 10 points behind.
Bosch has had a good game today. He has scored a try and scored a lot of points. The Lions have the possession and they are looking to attack.
Jantjies misses the penalty and this is poor from the Lions. They need to take all the chances they can to score.
We are in the final 15 minutes of the game and the Sharks lead by 10 points. They win another penalty and Bosch looks to kick it to the corner.
CONVERSION, SHARKS, BOSCH! 24-14: Bosch makes no mistake and he adds on the extras. The Sharks push their lead to 10 points.
TRY, SHARKS, MAPIMPI! 22-14: Jantjies to Jansen and the Lions are 5 metres out. A poor throw from the Lions and Mapimpi intercepts it and runs and runs all the way. He runs more than 90 metres to score the try.
Jantjies kicks the ball to the corner as there is a high tackle on Mapoe. The Lions are going for a try.
PENALTY, SHARKS, BOSCH! 17-14: Bosch makes no mistake with the penalty and the Sharks lead by 3 points. It feels like this is going to be a close game.
It is not a knock on because the ball hits Mapimpi's knee and goes forward. It is play on and the Sharks are on the attack again. They win a penalty and it looks like Bosch is going to kick it.
CONVERSION, LIONS, JANTJIES! 14-14: Jantjies makes no mistake with the conversion and the scores are level.
TRY, LIONS, BRINK! 14-12: Dyantyi with a brilliant run on the left wing and him and Skosan power past the defence. Then the ball is brought back to Mapoe who gets passes it to Brink who scores. Brilliant team try from the Lions.
The Sharks are on the run again. They turn the ball over and the Lions are failing to make an impact. The ball goes to Am but he knocks the ball on so this will be a scrum to the Lions.
Nkosi fails to collect the ball and it goes into touch. The Sharks are looking strong but just the last pass was poor. The Lions need to play better from here on.
The TMO will have a look at this. Nkosi has grounded the ball, but he could be in touch and the referee is checking obstruction during the build up play and the grounding.
NO TRY! Nkosi was in touch so the try is disallowed.
The second half begins.
HALF-TIME: SHARKS 14-7 LIONS. Sharks have played well in the first half and they lead by 7 points. The Lions will have to work hard in the second half if they want to win this game. It should be an exciting second half.
It has been a good half with a lot of exciting play from both sides. There have been three converted tries and the Sharks lead by 7 points.
We are in the final few minutes of the first half and the Lions have the ball and are on the run. Dyantyi with a good run but he is held up. The Lions hold possession.
CONVERSION, LIONS, JANTJIES! 14-7: Jantjies makes no mistake with the conversion and the deficit is brought down to 7 points.
TRY, LIONS, MAPOE! 14-5: Skosan passes the ball to Jantjies after the lineout and then Mapoe takes it over the line to open the scoring for the Lions.
The Lions with the feed at the scrum and they win another penalty. Jantjies kicks the ball to the corner for a lineout.

CONVERSION, SHARKS, BOSCH! 14-0: It is difficult kick but Bosch makes no mistake and adds on the extras. The Sharks lead by 14 points.
TRY, SHARKS, D DU PREEZ! 12-0: Dan du Preez drives them over the line and this is a strong team try from the hosts.
Sharks have a 5m scrum and they are going to go for the drive. The ball comes out but there is an intercept. The referee will bring them back for a penalty and it will be a lineout to the Sharks.
Mapoe with a knock on as he fails to collect the ball cleanly and he is not happy with himself.
CONVERSION, SHARKS, BOSCH! 7-0: Bosch converts his own try to push the lead to 7 points.
TRY, SHARKS, BOSCH! 5-0: A try against the run of play as Bosch intercepts a pass and he goes all the way to score the first try of the game.
A penalty to the Lions as the Sharks don't release the ball and Jantjies kicks the ball to the corner.
Bosch kicks the penalty wide of the uprights and the score will remain on 0-0.
Sharks win a penalty as Skosan tackles a player the wrong way. He pulls a player down and towards him.
Lions have the lineout and then they look to gain some ground. Jantjies kicks it deep to Nkosi who collects and runs with the ball.
The scrum is reset a couple of times before they get it right. The Sharks with a strong drive but the Lions get the ball out.
Sharks have the ball and they are on the attack. They make some good ground and work the ball through a few phases.
Mapimpi looks to kick the ball but his kick is charged down and goes into touch. The Sharks have a lineout.

Andre Esterhuizen is back in the final change to the starting line-up and only change to a very settled backline.
Campher gets his first start for the Lions since joining at the beginning of the year. Ross Cronje will undergo a small procedural operation which will keep him out of action for a week.
