Brumbies defence holds firm through 13 phases of Sunwolves attack and eventually forces an error from the visitors. There is just no way through for the Sunwolves today.

TRY! BRUMBIES! BANKS! 24-0. What a well worked first phase try that is. Off the back of a scrum the ball goes through the hands but no one picks up Speight's run from deep so he breaks the line before passing to Banks to score an easy run in.
Brilliant defence by the Sunwolves. Cusack goes for the line but the tackle dislodges the ball and the visitors can clear via a scrum.
The Brumbies continues to dominate the scrum and win another penalty which gives them a lineout 7 meters from the visitors line.
The visitors have come out to play in the second half and only good defence has stopped them from crashing over the whitewash early in the second half.
KICK OFF! 19-0. The second half is underway. Can the Sunwolves make a comeback against a brilliant Brumbies defence? Time will tell but hopefully we'll have fewer handling errors in the second half.
HALF TIME! 19-0. The Brumbies lead 19-0 with three tries, Speight with a brace. The Sunwolves started brightly and should have scored but Van der Heever took too long to put the ball down and was taken into touch. The hosts have a bonus point as things stand.
The Sunwolves go on attack from inside their own half but Van der Heever's kick ahead goes out on the full.
Sunwolves attempt to him back with 8 phases outside the 22 of the Brumbies but the hosts defence is strong and an attempted kick through by the visitors allow the Brumbies to clear.
Lealiifano misses the conversion from out wide as he pushes it across the face of the uprights.
TRY! BRUMBIES! SPEIGHT! 19-0. The hosts try the maul again but the Sunwolves stop it, however their defence is stretched out wide and a long pass from Lealiifano finds Speight in space who touches down in the right hand corner.
The Brumbies turn to their most lethal weapon, the driving maul, 5m from the Sunwolves line but they are held up and the Japanese outfit can clear from a scrum.
The Brumbies win the first scrum penalty on their own 10m line. Banks sets the lineout up between the Sunwolves 22 and 10m line.
CONVERSION! BRUMBIES! LEALIIFANO! 14-0. Leallifano converts again.
TRY! BRUMBIES! POWELL! 12-0. And the Brumbies go in again. This time the counter is from their own try-line. Kurudrani makes the moved after the Sunwolves almost go over and this time passes inside to Powell who goes over after a 40 meter run in.
CONVERSION! BRUMBIES! LEALIIFANO! 7-0. Conversion is good.
TRY! BRUMBIES! SUNWOLVES! SPEIGHT! 5-0. Very good counter attack by the hosts. They win the turnover on their own 22 and Speight draws a defender before passing to Kurudrani who returns the favour with the last defender and Speight goes in beneath the posts.
A bit of a kicking contest between the two sides before Tamura find a good touch on the halfway line.
The Sunwolves have started brightly and are on attack again inside the Brumbies 22.
The Sunwolves make a great start and Van der Heever goes over in the corner, but it is ruled out by the TMO. Van der Heever made a basic mistake by not putting the ball down and the tackle pushed his foot into touch.
