TRY, SOUTH AFRICA, NGCUKANA! 25-3: Superb run from Placid as Australia open it up, Kellaway going in too but then the ball goes forward. Boks trying to counter but Australia ruck over, winning the ball back. Long attack but a huge hit from Nche on Deegan sends the ball loose. Boks on the counter-attack and that's a try for Ngcukana! All made from the hit by the prop as the winger canters over with too much speed.

South Africa take too long so Australia win a free kick, back on the attack and inside the Boks half, but they kick it away and that will be half-time - a very good first half for South Africa who look like scoring every time they get the ball in hand, while Australia are barely hanging on and need a score quick after the break. Thomson starts off the second half and Australia end up with a lineout inside the South Africa half.
Australia with a last chance to register some points but once again they lose possession, Liebenberg carrying away before the Boks go wide through Jenkins but his pass is too high for Zas.
