DETAILS of the memorial and funeral services of the late actor, Mpho Sebeng have been announced.
The Ring of Lies actor died on Sunday, 5 May, in a tragic car accident in Potchefstroom, North West.
The memorial service will be held at the Joburg Theatre on Thursday, 9 May, at 4pm, and the funeral will take place on Saturday, 11 May, at Rhema Bible Church North in Randburg at 9am.
Mpho’s uncle Oupa Morake told Daily Sun he remembers his nephew as a humble and happy person.
"He was a people’s person. When he was with people, he always made jokes and made sure everyone was happy. He was always smiling, and I’ve never seen him angry.

"He started acting between 10 and 12 years old. He started with Nkomazi ads, and that's how he started. He was passionate about what he was doing. He was attracting the positivity around people."
The famous actor's death was confirmed on Sunday, 5 May by Oupa, who requested people to keep the Sebeng family in their prayers.
"Mpho met his untimely death in the early hours of Sunday, 5 May 2024 due to a tragic car accident in Potchefstroom. While the family appreciates the immense outpouring of love and condolences, it requests some space to process the news."
Mpho, who has spent well over a decade in the industry, has appeared in The Throne, Zero Tolerance‚ Soul Buddyz‚ Z'bondiwe, Ring of Lies, Collision and The Jakes Are Missing.
He also started his own clothing label called Love Luse.
