Commentary
  • End of Match - After a brilliant start from the openers, New Zealand faded away. That run out of Guptil was the turning point. After that, it was downhill from there. The South African batsmen all looked good. Amla was the top scorer and looked good. Some good contributions from van Wyk, de Villiers and Rossouw! South Africa now lead the series 1-0. Join us on Sunday for the second T20i.

    Milne bowling his final over. A leg-bye taken off the first ball. WICKET! Milne picks up one! Amla steps down the pitch and Milne sees this and bowls the ball shorter and Amla gets a top edge that is beautifully taken by Latham at midwicket! Amla goes for 48 off 41 balls. Farhaan Behardien is the new batsman. A single and a dot ball follow. Behardien cuts the fifth ball over point for 4 and that's the game for South Africa!

    McClenaghan is back. Rossouw top edges the first ball over the keeper for 4! Comes down the track and smashes the next ball over the covers for 4! WICKET! Colin Munro is the new batsman. WICKET! He goes first ball! He dances down the track first ball and it was shorter than he thought and ends up dragging it to AB at mid-on, who dives to his left and takes a great catch! Elliot is the new man in. Gets off the mark by also charging down the track and gets 4 past the keeper!
