As he closes in on his first full season in charge of Mamelodi Sundowns, head coach Rulani Mokwena has acknowledged that it’s only going to get challenging for him to maintain the winning culture at the club.

The 37-year-old tactician was on Thursday named the Cosafa Coach of the Year, the first major individual award he has picked outside PSL competitions.

He beat fellow nominees, compatriot Morena Ramoreboli of Botswana’s Jwaneng Galaxy and Namibia’s senior national team coach Collin Benjamin.
