SA's Scholtz wins Futures 1 Tournament

Cape Town - Second seed Nik Scholtz of South Africa has won the Futures 1 tournament by beating top seed Pascal Brunner in the final played on Sunday.

The big serving Scholtz overcame the Austrian in two closely fought sets, eventually prevailing by 7-6, 7-5. 

In the women's final, unseeded Lesedi Jacobs of Namibia  overcame fifth seed Luisa Huber of Germany in three sets, 7-6, 5-7 and 6-1.
