Van Uytvanck overcomes Cirstea for Tashkent title

Tashkent - Belgian Alison Van Uytvanck, ranked 61st in the world, outlasted 96th-ranked Romanian Sorana Cirstea 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 on Saturday in the final in Tashkent.

For the 25-year-old Van Uytvanck it was a second WTA title of the year after defending her Budapest crown in February and the fourth of her career.

She is unbeaten in finals, winning all four in three sets.
