Williams retains top spot

Berlin - Serena Williams of the United States stayed top of the women's tennis rankings issued on Monday by the WTA.

Williams leads an unchanged top 10 with 11 115 points ahead of Russia's Maria Sharapova (10 240) and Victoria Azarenka of Belarus (9,130).
