Berlin - Frenchwoman Marion Bartoli jumped eight places into the top 10 of the latest women's tennis rankings issued by the WTA on Monday.
The Frenchwoman, who beat Germany's Sabine Lisicki in two sets in the Wimbledon final on Saturday, moves to seventh on 4 675 points.
Serena Williams, who was knocked out by Lisicki in Wimbledon, still has a commanding lead at the top of more than 2 000 points.
