Zverev reaches quarter-finals in Munich

Munich - Germany's Alexander Zverev advanced to the quarter-finals of the Munich Open after a straight-sets win over Argentina's Juan Ignacio Londero on Wednesday.

The world No 3, who is a two-time defending champion at his home event, won 7-5, 6-1 in 64 minutes.

Zverev will next face Chilean Cristian Garin, who upset the sixth-seeded Argentine Diego Schwartzman 6-1, 7-5.
