WATCH: Djokovic hits Warne for SIX for charity

Cape Town - Tennis' world No 2 Novak Djokovic was put to the ultimate test when he faced Australian cricket great Shane Warne in a charity event.

Djokovic, who is gearing up for the Australian Open, hosted 'A Night with Novak' on Wednesday in aid of the Novak Djokovic Foundation.

The charity event was broadcasted live on the Novak Djokovic Foundation's Facebook page, as Warne, along with Australian batsman Aaron Finch, put the Serbian through his paces in the game of cricket.

Undaunted, the six-time Australian Open champion wasn't afraid to face the Australian spin legend at the Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne.

With a cricket bat in hand, Djokovic received some vital tips from Finch before Warne delivered his first ball.

In dramatic fashion, the Serb was beaten by the flight and speed of Warne's leg-break delivery, as the ball clipped the wicket - much to the laughter of the Australian crowd.

However, with the next delivery Djokovic slapped the ball into the crowd and ran along the court.

For the final ball, Djokovic opted for his weapon of choice and picked up his tennis racquet - and hit Warne for a SIX!

Djokovic will look to defend his title, as the Australian Open gets underway on Monday, January 16.
