As it happened: Anderson v Djokovic

Cape Town - South African ATP Tour star Kevin Anderson faces Serbian 14-time major winner Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals of the Shanghai Masters on Friday.

Both players are looking to end the year on a high and a deep run at this week's tournament will do neither player any harm.

Anderson is ranked seventh, while Djokovic is the second seed this week.

The winner of the best-of-three-sets match will face Germany's Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals.
