Bastad final for Verdasco

Bastad - Fernando Verdasco and Carlos Berlocq will play each other for the Swedish Open title on Sunday.

Spain's Verdasco, ranked eighth in the clay-court tournament, held off a strong challenge from fifth-seeded Grigor Dimitrov in Saturday's semi-final.

Verdasco came from behind and broke the Bulgarian's serve in the third set to win 7-6 (7/3), 5-7, 7-5.

In the day's second match, Argentina's Berlocq beat Thiemo De Bakker of the Netherlands 7-5, 6-3.
