WATCH: Hilarious KFC SA SWC ad goes viral!

Cape Town - An hilarious KFC South Africa advert on the Soccer World Cup has gone viral!

On the second day of the tournament, KFC South Africa released an advertisement on their YouTube channel, depicting a football player being tackled then dramatically falling to the ground and holding his knee.

The football player throws up his hands and starts rolling and rolling ... and rolling - until he gets to a KFC.

Brazil's Neymar made headlines for all the wrong reasons as has took the 'fake an injury' act to a new level in Russia.

The Brazilian striker was mocked when he rolled around on the floor in agony during his side's 2-0 last 16 win over Mexico.

Neymar has since been the punchline of a number of jokes with the hashtag #NeymarChallenge trending on social media.

Unbeknownst to KFC South Africa regarding Neymar's antics, the video has garnered nearly two million views on YouTube and over 770 000 views on Twitter.
