No intent at all at the moment from Belgium, just passing sideways and backwards. This is a shit game— Matt Law (@Matt_Law_DT) June 28, 2018

33' Alexander-Arnold hits the resulting free-kick against the wall out for a corner kick.
Dier then goes close from the corner but can't direct his header on target.
All sorts of confusion there as Pickford lets the ball slip from his grasp but England clear.— Phil McNulty (@philmcnulty) June 28, 2018
All sorts of confusion there as Pickford lets the ball slip from his grasp but England clear.
10' Alexander-Arnold wins a corner for the English. Rashford hits a shot that deflects behind for another corner.
England are penalised though for pushing.
FULL TIME: It's all over. England suffer defeat and finish as runners-up in Group G. That means they will play Colombia in Moscow next Tuesday.
There will be three minutes of added time.
Substitution: Goalscorer Januzaj gets a hug from Thierry Henry as he leaves the field. Mertens is on to replace him.
he corner is punched by Courtois to Welbeck who strikes left-footed and Fellaini gets a vital touch to force his goalbound effort wide.
Substitution: It's Dat Guy! Danny Welbeck is on for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has had a great night.
Maguire nods the fee-kick back across goal but can't reach Cahill and Courtois claims it.
Substitution: Kompany is fit enough to play the last 15 minutes and comes on for Vermaelen.
Fellaini tries a dribble and is pushed over by Dier. Belgium can send a free-kick into the box.
Courtois is smartly off his line to beat Rashford to a through ball. England want that equaliser.
Delph has a pot shot from distance which isn't troubling the Belgium goalkeeper. England are improving now.
Big miss! Vardy turns his man and plays Rashford clean through. He takes a touch to set himself and looks certain to score, but his shot deflects just wide. Massive chance.
Januzaj makes a nuisance of himself on the right wing, winning a throw off Rose and then forcing Maguire to dribble and clear under pressure.
England's best two players on the night combine as Loftus-Cheek runs at the Belgian defence before slipping a ball right to Alexander-Arnold. He loses the ball, but that was positive.
Chance! Jones rampages down the right and smashes the ball in the vague direction of the goal. He was probably attempting a cross. Either way it's a goal-kick.
Vermaelen goes off the pitch receiving treatment for that head injury and Belgium are play on with 10 men for a couple of minutes until he trots back on.
We've just seen the funniest replay of the tournament. Batshuayi ran to bash the ball after Januzaj's strike hit the back of the net. The ball bounced off the post and smashed into his face. Slapstick stuff.
A nasty clash of heads between Vardy and Vermaelen sees the big Belgian defender go down. He needs a bit of treatment.
Januzaj receives the ball in a similar position to the one he scored from, but opts to go low this time and hits the legs of Maguire.
Alexander-Arnold hits it with his right straight into the wall. Disappointing.
Loftus-Cheek is hacked down by Dembele right on the edge of the D. England have a free-kick in a central shooting position.
GOAL! Januzaj gives Belgium the lead! Tielemans slips him in. He shows quick feet to beat Rose and curls a stunning left-footer from the right beyond Pickford. Belgium go top of the group!
Vardy wins the ball after a Dendoncker header and slips in Rashford, who opens up his body, but doesn't get enough curl on his shot. Wide.
Cahill will fill in as the central defender with Jones to his right and Maguire to his left. Belgium are yet to get anywhere near them in the opening two minutes of the half.
Substitution: There's a half-time switch from England. John Stones makes way for Harry Maguire.
SECOND HALF: We're back underway for the second half.
HALF TIME: Alexander-Arnold's low cross is cleared and after just four seconds of added time, the ref decides he's had enough and blows up.
More jeers from the crowd as Belgium take their time with the ball at the back. To be fair, when Januzaj gets hold of it he runs at the England defence to try and make something happen.
Thorgan Hazard needs to borrow his brother's shooting boots. His latest volley dribbles out of play somewhere near the corner flag.
Danny Rose has been in the wars tonight. Both of Belgium's bookings have come for fouls on the England left wing-back.
Thorgan Hazard's corner finds Batshuayi and his header is wayward. Belgium are offering a set-piece threat of his own.
The corner finds Loftus-Cheek in the middle and his header is narrowly wide. England continue to impress from set-pieces.
Alexander-Arnold's free-kick deflects out for a corner, which the Liverpool youngster will take himself.
Dendoncker barges Rose over on the left of the area and gets a yellow. Belgium are 5-2 up in bookings for the tournament. That could be crucial if this remains a draw.
Alexander-Arnold - England's best player so far - whips in a cross which drifts goalwards and drops just over Courtois' right post. Nearly an unlikely opener!
Fellaini chests down the corner on the edge of the box and strikes low. Pickford probably has it covered, but Alexander-Arnold, on the post, slides to make the clearance with his left foot.
Batshuayi turns Stones and looks to have carved out a shooting chance, but Stones makes a fine recovery tackle to concede a corner.
A few jeers from the crowd as Belgium slowly pass the ball around at the back.
Belgium have now had four bookings in this tournament to England's two. If this ends in a draw then disciplinary record will decide the placings.
Booking: There is the first booking of the evening for Belgium. Rose nicks the ball of Januzaj and Tielemans crudely takes him out.
Dembele slides in on Rashford, but the ref doesn't brandish a card. Remember, bookings could be crucial in deciding who tops the group tonight.
Alexander-Arnold is at the heart of everything so far on only his second cap. He's a willing runner on the right and his delivery has been excellent.
Alexander-Arnold gets away down the right and pings over a wonderful cross on the half-volley. Vardy glances a header across goal and wide.
Alexander-Arnold's corner finds the head of Cahill at the back stick and his header hits the side-netting. The ref blows for a push in any case.
England earn their first corner. Alexander-Arnold takes from the right, but Fellaini clears. Rashford's follow-up effort deflects out for a second corner.
Chance! Januzaj shows some tricks on the right and chips a cross over to Fellaini, who nods it in the direction of Batshuayi. He and Pickford come together and it almost crosses the line but for a Cahill clearance.
Rose's cross is just over Vardy and Thorgan Hazard boots it away. It's end-to-end in the early knockings.
Shot! Tielemans almost opens the scoring for Belgium in spectacular fashion. He smashes a right-footer from 25 yards and Pickford does well to leap and palm away.
Belgium enjoy a sustained period of possession. They don't appear particularly desperate to get the ball forward.
Rashford has a bit of pace about him doesn't he? He hunts down a long ball on the left and Boyata gets across to make the tackle. England have started on the front foot here.
A poor pass-back is seized upon by Vardy in the right channel and he scampers to the touchline and drills a low cross across which Courtois clears with a sliding tackle.
KICK OFF! We're underway in Kaliningrad
Tonight's referee is Damir Skomina of Slovenia, the same referee who took charge of England's defeat to Iceland at Euro 2016!
With Group H decided earlier, the winners of this group will face Japan, while the runners-up will meet Colombia in the first knockout round.
Having already qualified for the last 16, both sides are fielding heavily-rotated elevens. Eric Dier captains the side while Ruben Loftus-Cheek is a booking away from a suspension.
