Dear Editor,
Before the World Cup started, I never even knew who played in our national squad, but I have two sons who adore the team and got caught up in the hype of the World Cup. I started having hope again.
Then came June 11 2010, and we hosted a mini SWC at the complex we stay in, and it was a success. You should see the little Tshabalalas and Pienaars; we were a nation united that day, all because of you Bafana. You guys should be so proud of yourselves. I even know now what a midfielder does in a soccer match.
We live in such a beautiful country with so much to offer, with stars like you Bafana we can only go from here to greater heights. My sons aged 10 and seven adore you
Know that every time you go onto a soccer field from now onwards it's not just Bafana but a nation united that goes onto that soccer field with you.
Keep on doing what u doing, so that boys like mine can keep their dreams alive.
God bless and good luck in the future.
Chantal
