Spurs, Everton reach semis

London - Tottenham Hotspur and Everton set up mouth-watering FA Cup semi-final derbies next month against Chelsea and Liverpool respectively by winning on Tuesday.

Everton beat Sunderland 2-0 in a quarter-final replay at the Stadium of Light, a cool Nikica Jelavic finish in the first half and David Vaughan's own goal on 57 minutes sending the visitors through.

Tottenham, hosting Bolton Wanderers again after their first match was abandoned when visiting midfielder Fabrice Muamba suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch, scored three late goals to run out 3-1 winners.

Ryan Nelsen bagged the opener on 74 minutes. Gareth Bale struck two minutes later and although Bolton pulled one back through Kevin Davies, Louis Saha had the last laugh for the hosts in injury time.
