Sundowns vs Wits in Nedbank Cup semi-final

Mamelodi Sundowns and Bidvest Wits will meet in the Nedbank Cup semi-final following the draw on Sunday evening.

The Brazilians were drawn as the home side as Wits are expected to travel to Tshwane for the mouth-watering encounter.

Wits progressed to the semi-final on Friday evening after easing to a 4-0 victory over Real Kings.

Masandawana were taken to extra-time by Highlands Park on Saturday after frustrating 90 minutes for Sundowns.

However, Matlala Keletso Makgalwa squeezed in a 115th minute strike to edge Sundowns to a 1-0 victory.

Baroka FC will entertain Bloemfontein Celtic in the other semi-final.

Dates and venues for the semi-finals are set to be announced in due course.
