Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns comfortably secured their progression to the first round of the CAF Champions League with a 7-1 aggregate score over Leones Vegetarianos.
The 2016 competition winners defeated the Equatorial Guinea league champions 2-0 on the road in the preliminary round first-leg last week with Jeremy Brockie and Themba Zwane scoring.
Sundowns started this game well at Loftus Versfeld Stadium with Brockie just wide in the opening minute before Sirino laid the ball on a plate for the New Zealand striker to slot home on four minutes.
Lebogang Maboe then played Zwane through soon after but his shot hit a post as Brockie's follow up was denied by goalkeeper and woodwork.
Sirino though made no mistake from the spot on 18 minutes to leave the home side well in charge of this tie.
Chances flowed for Sirino and his team-mates but they were unable to add to their lead, with Seydou Sall reducing the deficit with a well-taken solo effort after the break.
But Sundowns were soon back in their stride, as Hlompho Kekana thumped home from at least 20-yards on 55 minutes.
Ali Meza was next with a fine finish from a neat Zwane pass after a powerful run forward, before Lyle Lakay popped up with a goal in the 88th minute to seal a 5-1 win on the night.
