Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs will take on SuperSport United while Mamelodi Sundowns face Cape Town City in the MTN8 semi-finals.
The draw was done at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Sunday following Cape Town City's 1-0 win over Maritzburg United.
The Citizens will be at home for the first-leg of their semi-final against Mamelodi Sundowns - who beat Golden Arrows 2-0 on Saturday - with the second leg to take place in Pretoria.
Tshwane will be the venue for the first-leg of the other semi-final, between defending MTN8 champions SuperSport - penalty shootout victors over Orlando Pirates on Saturday night - and Chiefs, who eased to a 3-0 win over Free State Stars in their semi-final.
Dates are still to be confirmed by the PSL, but it is expected that the first-leg semi-final matches will take place on the weekend of August 25/26, with the return leg a week later.
Chiefs last won the competition in 2014, while Sundowns have to go all the way back to 2007 for their last triumph in the top eight, then still known as the SAA Supa 8.
SuperSport beat Cape Town City 1-0 in last season's final.
