Cape Town - Maritzburg United will be looking to keep their good run of form going when they take on Highlands Park in a Telkom Knockout quarter-final clash on Friday.

The Team of Choice are currently on a three-match unbeaten streak that includes a victory on penalties in last round of the Telkom Knockout when they overcame Bidvest Wits at home.

Thabiso Kutumela has scored two penalties in his last two games while his general all-round play has been a big part of Maritzburg's winning record.

The KwaZulu Natal-based team can also look forward to a boisterous atmosphere at the Harry Gwala home ground as Friday night games always draw a big crowd.

Highlands Park, meanwhile, will have to quickly forget about their controversial 1-0 loss in the league to Orlando Pirates on Tuesday.

The Lions of North are having a good season to date and already reached the final of one cup competition this season.

The Tembisa-based team crashed in the final of the MTN8 against SuperSport United and will be determined to go one better this around.

The game kicks off at 20:00.
