Free Nedbank Cup tickets made available by City of CT

Cape Town - Up to 10 000 free Nedbank Cup final tickets have been made available by the City of Cape Town and Nedbank in a #cleanup4thcup clean-up initiative.

Beautiful beaches, beautiful Cape Town and the beautiful game – all three come together at the Nedbank Cup Final on May 19.

In the lead-up to the Nedbank Cup Final, simply volunteer for one of 10 beach, river and community clean-ups taking place in and around the City of Cape Town from April 7 to May 12.

The first 10 000 clean-up volunteers will receive free tickets to the Nedbank Cup Final as well as a Nedbank goodie bag and Nedbank T-shirt. And 10 double-ticket lucky draw winners will enjoy the Nedbank VIP experience at the Nedbank Cup Final.

Enter the lucky draw by posting and tagging photos of yourself and or your friends in Nedbank T-shirts at one of our clean-ups on Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram using #cleanup4thecup.

Everyone who tags Nedbank in a photo will be part of the lucky draw. The more photos you tag, the greater your chances of winning.

The #cleanup4thecup campaign, run in partnership with the City of Cape Town, is about bringing together all the people of Cape Town to create a lasting Green Legacy beyond the Nedbank Cup Final.

"Nedbank prides itself on its reputation as money experts who do good, and the #cleanup4thecup campaign demonstrates what we are all about: bringing communities together to improve people’s lives and environments," says Tobie Badenhorst the Head of Nedbank Group Sponsorship and Cause Marketing.

The City of Cape Town’s Councilor Stuart Diamond says: "I urge residents to seize this opportunity to win a free ticket to the beautiful game of soccer being hosted in our beautiful city.

The Nedbank Cup is the FA Cup of South African football and an opportunity not to be missed by any die-hard soccer fan. So please look out for the details of the clean-ups, do your bit for the environment and you could be the lucky winner of a ticket to secure your seat at the finals."
