City, Pirates face off in Nedbank Cup last 16

Cape Town - The dates, times and venues for the eight 2018 Nedbank Cup last 16 matches were announced by the sponsors on Monday.

The fixtures start on Friday, March 9 when AmaZulu host National First Division (NFD) side Ubuntu Cape Town, who knocked out top-flight club Polokwane City in the previous round. 

Kaizer Chiefs also take on NFD opponents when they square up to Stellenbosch FC, the game scheduled for Durban on Saturday 10 March.

The tie of the last 16 could well be on Wednesday 14 March, when PSL big guns Cape Town City and Orlando Pirates clash in the Mother City.

Friday 9th March: AmaZulu v Ubuntu Cape Town

Saturday 10th March: Free State Stars v Chippa United, Baroka FC v Steenberg United, Kaizer Chiefs v Stellenbosch FC

Sunday 11th March Bloemfontein Celtic v Richards Bay, Royal Eagles v Maritzburg United  

Tuesday 13th March Mamelodi Sundowns v EC Bees FC  

Wednesday 14th March Cape Town City v Orlando Pirates
