In a lively encounter with many chances created in the opening stages, it took a neatly worked Inky Masuku strike after 30 minutes to give the away side the lead.

Both sides continued to create chances with Baroka striker Jemondre Dickens finding the back of the net, but saw his effort disallowed for an offside infringement.

Masuku nearly struck again when through on goal in the second half but narrowly lifted his curling effort just over the crossbar.

Despite a few nervy moments in the dying stages Jomo Sono's side managed to hang onto their lead to book their place in the last 16 of the cup competition.
