Shabba: We are not taking this lightly

Cape Town - This morning Kaizer Chiefs are playing against Mbabane Swallows in the Kings Cup in Swaziland, and veteran midfielder Siphiwe ‘Shabba’ Tshabalala says that though their opponents look or are considered in a lower league they won't take the game lightly.

Shabba said that they are taking this game very seriously, and they want to win against Swallows before going into the final, where they will meet the winners between Royal Leopards and Orlando Pirates.

"We are taking this game seriously," the Bafana Bafana midfielder said.

“We won't undermine Swallows. We won't take this game lightly. It's a tournament and we always want to win every tournament we compete in.

“We are not thinking just about the semi-finals but the finals as well. We will play to win the tournament.”

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
