Soccer players die in crash

Johannesburg - Reports from the South African Police Service say that four Polokwane City soccer players have lost their lives in a car accident at Nobody, just outside Polokwane.

The incident took place late on Sunday afternoon.

According to information from the police, the team (Polokwane City), formerly known as Bay United, was coming from playing a First Division fixture against Atlie FC (formerly known as FCAK) at the University of Limpopo.

The two teams had played to a 1-1 draw.
