Zungu ponders numerous offers

Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Bongani Zungu has revealed that he has a number of offers on the table from overseas.

The Bafana Bafana international has made the strongest indication that England could be his next destination.

With his contract in its final year, Zungu is set to leave Sundowns on a free transfer at the end of the season.

"As it stands now this could be my last season at Sundowns. I have been here for three seasons now and I think I have done very well for the team. I am ready for a new challenge," Zungu told Soccer Laduma.

"It's exciting for any player to play in Europe. It's also good for the national team if we have more players playing in Europe.

"I am happy to start a new challenge in Europe but there have been many offers. I've had a lot of offers from big teams, including some in England. But I don't want to talk about them right now."
