Woza Nazo heads to Cape Town as City host Chiefs

Cape Town - The second instalment of the Woza Nazo outings for the 2018/19 Absa Premiership season, sees Cape Town City host Kaizer Chiefs at the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday, September 15.

Amakhosi will be looking to get points on the board as they still search for their first league win of the 2018/19 Absa Premiership season while the ‘Citizens’, will have to be at their best to defend their unbeaten record at home this season and claim victory to move up the standings after an inconsistent start to the new season.

This season, Absa encourages fans to celebrate the wins, the spectacular goals and energy in the various stadiums across the country through ’Bring Your Voice’ which will be an opportunity for fans to express their Africanacity.

Woza Nazo ‘Bring Your Voice’ is aimed at enhancing the culture of singing that already exists in the Absa Premiership. Absa calls on fans of both teams in the Mother City to continue to celebrate their teams and the way they show their Africanacity through unique song and dance at the stadium.

Absa customers and soccer fans will once again be rewarded with unique and unforgettable experiences through the Absa Premiership Kick For A Million competition. The competition rewards fans attending a Woza Nazo fixture by giving them an opportunity to participate in a half-time penalty kick competition where they stand a chance to win one million rand at the end of the season.

In the build up to match day, soccer fans in the Mother City are urged to attend various Woza Nazo activations that will take place between Wednesday and Friday this week where they can take photos with soccer legends, the Absa Premiership trophy, stand to win tickets for the Woza Nazo fixture and receive branded merchandise.

  • Absa Red Ticket Zone access on match day will be at Entrance 3, East Fore Court gate and will be opened strictly between 12pm – 2:30pm
