Wits' Motshwari won't talk on Bucs links

Johannesburg - Wits' Ben Motshwari has refused to comment on whether reports are true or not about Orlando Pirates wanting his services.

Motshwari has made good progress in the colours of the Clever Boys, with the Gavin Hunt-coached outfit winning the Premiership title in 2016/17.

Aside from the Sea Robbers, Mamelodi Sundowns are also said to be keen on acquiring the player's services, however, Motshwari has refused to comment on whether he will move to Mayfair.

He told Soccer Laduma: "I know about those talks about Pirates this, Pirates that, but it is just talk. People are entitled to talk and create rumours. Abantu bahlezi bekhuluma (People always talk).

"I don't know anything about the story at this moment. I just see the story in the media. My focus is at Wits. I am still a Wits player with a focus on the upcoming important games."
