WATCH: Winning the league achievable, says Major

Cape Town - Cape Town City welcome Mamelodi Sundowns to Athlone Stadium on Friday night in an Absa Premiership clash that could prove influential in deciding the outcome of the race for the title.

Eric Tinkler's men will be confident heading into the fixture as they have lit up the league in their first season and trail league leaders, SuperSport United only by an inferior goal difference.

Speaking to media ahead of Friday's clash, Lehlohonolo Majoro believes City are capable of pushing for a league title with the help of hard work and humility.

The newly formed Cape based side will be aiming to complete the double over Masandawana after captain Lebogang Manyama inspired City to a 2-1 win at Loftus Versfeld back in October.

Kick off is at 20:00.
