WATCH: Leopards fans celebrate top-flight return

Cape Town - A filled to capacity Thohoyandou Stadium saw thousands of Black Leopards fans celebrated with their team after winning promotion to the Absa Premiership after a win over Jomo Cosmos.

A 1-0 victory over Cosmos was enough to secure Leopards a return to South Africa's top-flight on Wednesday.

Karabo Tshepe provided the crucial goal for Leopards that saw them return to the Absa Premiership for the first time since the 2012/13 season.

They top the promotion play-off log and have an unassailable lead despite Cosmos and Platinum Stars having a game left to play this weekend.

Platinum Stars will drop down to the National First Division to join Cosmos and the already relegated Ajax Cape Town.
