Cape Town - Video footage of an apparently intoxicated Itumeleng Khune has leaked showing the Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper on a night out partying with friends.
The footage has caused a stir online with fans split between being outraged at how drunk the Bafana Bafana international appears to be and understanding that he is partying while sidelined through injury.
Kaizer Chiefs head coach Ernst Middendorp confirmed on January 7 that Khune, the club's captain, would miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.
The 31-year-old, after visiting a specialist to assess the injury has been out for the past two months and faces a further lengthy spell on the sidelines.
