Cape Town - Baroka FC goalkeeper Ayanda Dlamini has apologised after lashing out at a ball-boy by angrily throwing a ball at him during a 2-0 loss to Polokwane City.
With Bakgaga trailing late in the Polokwane derby, Dlamini showed his frustration by lashing out at the ball-boy behind his goals by aiming a ball at the young boy.
The goalkeeper earned a yellow card for the incident with the club later confirming that he would be punished additionally for his actions.
"You know you must not leave professionalism at home when you go out. You must carry it wherever you go. Surely the team is not happy with that and we will deal with him," Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila told KickOff.
Baroka later posted a video of Dlamini apologising for the incident.
