Usuthu in hot water with PSL

The PSL has charged AmaZulu, a player, a club official and their general manager for misconduct for their actions in the wake of the match against Polokwane City.

In the aftermath of the 1-0 victory over Rise and Shine on 20 February 2020, goalkeeper Siyabonga Mbatha, club official Mvikeli Shoba and former assistant coach Mabhuti Khenyeza surrounded and harassed match official Tshidiso Maruping.

The PSL is of the view that their behaviour was abusive and intimidatory and they along with Sokhela will appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee on Thursday.

Sokhela's charge is related to bringing the league in to disrepute for posting inappopriate comments after the game on social media.
