Twala: Team-mates helped me settle

Cape Town - William Twala has thanked his Kaizer Chiefs teammates for making him feel welcome at the club since joining from Chippa United in the January transfer window.

The winger has played in four consecutive games, including the Soweto derby against Orlando Pirates on Saturday, since signing for the Amakhosi on a two-year deal in the middle of last month.

The 25-year-old has impressed with his displays and credits his performances to his teammates, who have made him feel at home since he arrived at Naturena.

"I fitted in very well in the team. I was welcomed very well and that made me feel free to be myself and play the game," Twala told Goal website.

"I am thankful to the technical team and my teammates for making me feel at home here at Chiefs. That has helped me settle at the team and play my normal game."

Twala will want to continue to impress the Chiefs supporters when the Amakhosi host Maritzburg United at the FNB stadium on Saturday.
