Eric Tinkler says Maritzburg United could see a number of players leave the club at the end of the season.
With Richard Ofori's future with the Team of Choice already up in the air, Tinkler now says that Rushine de Reuck could also look for new pastures.
But the Maritzburg mentor is used to and prepared for such eventualities, having experienced it all before.
The former Orlando Pirates, Cape Town City, SuperSport United and Chippa United manager spoke to KickOff.
He said: "There's always going to be that situation you know. We are going to have the bigger clubs looking for talented players.
"Rushine has had a very good season, so has Richard you know. But the club has dealt with those situations in the past, and we will deal with them again whatever the outcome is.
"There always has to be a Plan B (laughs). You can't just plan for one thing. You've always got to be ready for other circumstances that may arise, so we've already planned for that. So we will be fine."
