Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns winger Percy Tau says his goal in the 2-0 victory over ZESCO United on Saturday was a move he practiced on the training ground.
The 22-year-old scored the second goal that sealed their progress to the CAF Champions League final after Anthony Laffor opened the scoring at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
The Brazilians advanced with a 3-2 aggregate win after the Zambians had won 2-1 at home in Ndola last week in the first-leg.
"We always practice those moments I had to wait a bit so that Langerman could see me then I made the move so I think it was a good goal," Tau told SuperSport.
"We needed the goal and I am glad it came in the second half the important one. I won't look back at the ones I have missed because I have scored the important one."
Tau has been pleased with his impact since returning to Chloorkop from a six-month loan spell in the NFD with Witbank Spurs.
"It has been a process, I am just happy with everything at this point and hopefully I will progress to where I want to be because it is still a long journey for me. It feels good to be part of the yellow family."
