Cape Town - Mamelodi
Sundowns striker Percy Tau has heaped praise on Pitso Mosimane,
crediting the decorated coach for improving the careers of several
players.
The 23-year-old has been in fine form for the Brazilians this season, scoring seven goals in the Premiership.
In an interview with Soccer Laduma Radio, Tau explained the role Mosimane has had in both his rise and that of many of his colleagues.
"He is very passionate about the game but at the same time we enjoy his demands because he makes a lot of the players become better," the Bafana Bafana international said.
"He is always in demand of more, so he always keeps us on our toes. And it's a treasure to have a coach like that, it's special to have him around with us."
Sundowns top the league standings, having picked up 38 points from 20 games. They will face Free State Stars on Wednesday in a match which will afford them the opportunity to go seven points clear of their nearest rivals, Kaizer Chiefs.
Kick-off is at 19:30.
